**Welcome back to Anecrit.**

It’s been over two months since our last issue, and I want to say a huge thank you for staying subscribed. After a completely disconnected 15-day vacation and catching up on clinical duties, I am thrilled to be back at the keyboard.

Even better: **we are returning to our regular weekly schedule starting today.**

I am currently deep into the final stretch of preparation for my specialty boards this December, which means I'll be sifting through a lot of literature over the coming months—and I’m bringing you right along for the ride. Let’s get to the updates.
